- At LICA Automotive, we aim to professionalize the Philippine
automotive industry. We are a leader in the car dealership business,
with many full-scale car dealerships in and
around Metro Manila under some of the world's leading car brands. We are
the largest integrated service center chain in the country, with
numerous branches of the Rapide brand chain store in operation. We are the master
franchisee of the world's leading car rental company,
Hertz Rent-A-Car. With
several distribution centers nationwide, LICA is also a
leading parts and equipment distributor to the service center
industry, representing
brands like AC Delco, Goodyear, and many others.

- Real Estate and Hospitality
- LICA owns and develops a substantial land bank in key areas in and
around Metro Manila. We are involved, both through our own
developments as well as joint ventures with other leaders in the
Philippine real estate industry, in middle income residential
subdivisions, leisure developments, Autoplexes, and residential and commercial
buildings.

properties, including the Somerset Olympia serviced apartment at the
crossroads of Ayala and Makati Ave. The "Swiss Inn"
restaurant chain and "San Francisco Cafe" are our restaurant concepts
that are present in many of these properties.

- Luzon Development Bank is the leading CALABARZON-based development
bank, providing consumer, SME, housing, and agricultural
loans in its region. In addition, LICA also provides financing and
insurance services to home and car buyers.

Information Technology
- LICA affiliates include systems integrator and IT-enabled
outsourcing company TETRA Technologies. We also own, lease, and sell
office space in IT-zoned buildings. We own and operate office equipment
and furnishings stores through a partnership with (Japan), the leading
office reuse business in Japan.
